Crop Types
  • Wheat
Collaborating Locations

Background

Potential identification of fusarium head blight (FHB) resistance in intermediate wheatgrass germplasm developed at the U of M.

Objectives

  1. Understanding FHB genetic expression in intermediate wheatgrass;
  2. Understand selection for seed size on yield of intermediate wheatgrass;
  3. Examine the efficacy of producer production methods to gain a better understanding of nitrogen fertility as it relates to reproductive growth in intermediate wheatgrass.
