Speaker Bio

Darcelle Graham is MCA’s chief operating officer and oversees MCA’s cash advance program. Previously, she was executive director at the National Sunflower Association of Canada from 2007 until MCA’s formation in 2020. Born and raised in the agriculture industry, Darcelle grew up on a mixed family farm and is a proud University of Manitoba agriculture graduate. Darcelle, her husband and their two children operate a family farm near Roland, MB.
