Governance
By-Laws
Manitoba Crop Alliance’s board of directors approved the organization’s by-laws in January 2020. MCA’s by-laws lay the foundation for a highly functional and effective organization.
The by-laws include rules and principles that define MCA’s governing structure, such as:
- size and function of the board and crop committees;
- election, terms and duties of directors and officers; and
- basic rules for voting, holding meetings, electing directors, and appointing officers.
Manitoba Crop Alliance’s by-laws are available to provide accountability and transparency to members and to industry stakeholders.
