For more than 20 years, Cereals Canada has welcomed cereal farmers from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada to its Winnipeg headquarters to take part in the Combine to Customer program, presented in partnership with Manitoba Crop Alliance and other provincial grain commissions.

This comprehensive, three-day course includes information on:

• Key qualities of top Canadian wheat classes
• Customer requirements around the world
• Wheat breeding and the wheat varietal registration system
• The impact of wheat grading factors on end-use quality
• Updates on Cereals Canada advocacy and market access initiatives
• The current market outlook for Canadian grain

Eligible farmers can choose from three sessions:

1. Feb. 3-5, 2025
2. Feb. 19-21, 2025 (French interpretation offered)
3. March 10-12, 2025
