DESCRIPTION:For more than 20 years\, Cereals Canada has welcomed cereal farmers from Alberta\, Saskatchewan\, Manitoba\, Ontario\, Quebec and Atlantic Canada to its Winnipeg headquarters to take part in the Combine to Customer program\, presented in partnership with Manitoba Crop Alliance and other provincial grain commissions. \nThis comprehensive\, three-day course includes information on: \n\nKey qualities of top Canadian wheat classes\nCustomer requirements around the world\nWheat breeding and the wheat varietal registration system\nThe impact of wheat grading factors on end-use quality\nUpdates on Cereals Canada advocacy and market access initiatives\nThe current market outlook for Canadian grain\n\nCombine to Customer will be offered over two sessions in February at the Cereals Canada facilities in Winnipeg: \n\nFeb. 1-4\, 2026\nFeb. 17-20\, 2026 (French interpretation offered)\n\nIn 2026\, 40 Canadian cereal farmers will be selected to attend these sessions.
